“Your Goodness Meets” campaign, in which His Excellency the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Developmental Housing Corporation “Sakan”, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, launched this campaign through the Good Housing platform aimed at providing adequate housing for the most needy families in various regions of the Kingdom, as an extension of In line with the goals of its previous campaign in the holy month of Ramadan, “Good Areas,” which achieved more than 4,939 housing units for developmental housing beneficiaries in all regions of the Kingdom, and its goal is to achieve social solidarity, according to a controlled mechanism that ensures the delivery of community contributions to developmental housing to those who deserve it.

It also confirms the role of the Sakan Foundation and the Good Housing Platform in providing a leadership role in the developmental housing sector and providing sustainable housing solutions that contribute to empowering the neediest families throughout the year and enhancing housing giving. This is what was stated by the distinguished Saudi Minister of style and sobriety and working silently without trying to show what he is doing. He does it and the slogan is “Work and you will reap the fruits of your work.” In fact, I will never forget his position with that woman whom he met and helped, and his words were soothing and balm to her.

What prompted me to write is what I see of tangible change, complete satisfaction, and distinction, but it is less than the talk and silent work whose fruits we see and the realization of Vision 2030 that we see with our own eyes. Here we declare our pride and pride that the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, His Excellency Majid Al-Hogail, previously received the award of His Highness Sheikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa. His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Hogail, in words

His Excellency Mr. Majid Al-Hogail worked as Deputy Director of Finance at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency from 1990 to 1998 AD. He has memberships in the Board of Directors of a number of joint stock companies, including Bank Al Jazira, Wafaa Insurance Company, and the closed joint stock companies Al Jazira, Nass Holding Company, and Rafal Real Estate Development Company, as well as in non-profit organizations and bodies: including the Saudi Commercial Arbitration Center - under establishment (member of the Board of Directors), the Chamber. Commercial Chamber in Riyadh (member of the Real Estate Committee), Riyadh Chamber of Commerce (Chairman of the Real Estate Developers Committee), in addition to membership in a number of investment funds.

He attended a large number of training courses, including: plans to ensure the continuity of the institution in emergency situations, customer financing, activating and integrating financial management, the financial market of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and effective management.

His Excellency holds scientific and practical experience coupled with distinguished achievements in the fields of real estate development, banking, investment, insurance, and aviation in their various stages.

His Excellency obtained an American Accounting Fellowship in New Mexico in 1999, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champion in 1998 - 1999, an Executive Development Program (PED) from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) - Lausanne - Switzerland in 2007, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King University. He has practical experience in Rafal Real Estate Development Company from 2007 to date. He is the Managing Director and CEO of the company, as well as the Executive Director of Finance .and General Manager of Export at Al Safi Danone Company from 2003 - 2007 AD.
